SEA Games Day 3 Rizki broke World Records in Men 79kg!
Paris 2024 Gold Medalist, Rizki, set new world record in Men 79 kg with outstanding performance!
We came to the half way of competition and more Gold to compete in the rest of 3 days. In women 63kg, there was no problem for ELREEN ANN ANDO (PHI), 2025 Førde Bronze Medalist, who took Gold with 229kg in Totals. THI THUY TIEN NGUYEN (VIE) came at second – 219 kg, followed by host lifter, THANAPORN SAETIA (THA) - 218 kg in the third.
The Indonesia star, RIZKI JUNIANSYAH, announced his glory when RIZKI broke new World and Asian records in 79 kg in C&J – 205 kg and Totals 365 kg. He also the Gold medalist in Paris 2024. NATTHAWUT SUEPSUAN, host lifter, did good, but not enough only 1 kg different from MUHAMMAD ERRY HIDAYAT (MAS) who lifted 336 kg for the Silver in this category.
In Women 69 kg, PHATTHARATHIDA WONGSING (THA) beat 2 kg over INDAH AFRIZA (INA) in C&J; as result, Thai lifter stands in the first place 229 kg and Indonesian lifter 227 kg. KRISTEL MACROHON (PHI) finished 221 kg for the third place.
